This document is a legal agreement between wen and the user of the platform. By using the wenbet.cam website and its associated mobile applications, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the service.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

• wen Weekly Reload: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000, wagering 20x.
• wen Slots Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 25x.
• Cricket Win Boost: 40% of deposit, up to ৳4,000, wagering 22x.
• wen Birthday Special: up to ৳1,500, wagering 15x.
• Refer a Friend and Enjoy wen: up to ৳2,000, wagering 18x.

5.3 Bonus Rules

Bonus funds are not treated as cash — they are a conditional reward. If any bonus abuse, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or irregular betting patterns using bonus funds are found, wen reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

All games on wen are operated by third-party software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and others. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a game result is disputed due to a technical error, disconnection, or software issue, the game provider's server logs will be treated as the definitive record. In such cases, the provider's decision is final.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Accumulating bonuses or rewards across multiple accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability in a game or the system.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, wen reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

A user may request to close their account at any time. If there is a valid balance at the time of the request, the opportunity to withdraw it will be given; however, any bonus balance that has not met its conditions will be cancelled.

7.1 Closure by wen

wen may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Providing a false identity or forged documents.

• Extended inactivity on the account.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. wen will send advance notice to the registered email address.
